Above the Birds Cabin

Enjoy the expansive view from our clean, bright cabin on a beautiful ridge above Anderson Valley. The living room has large picture windows that look out over rolling hills, where the sunlight creates everchanging shadows across the landscape. Birds glide through the open air above - and below - you. There are many trails and roads to explore - a nearby hike brings you to a pond, and the gravel ridge road follows the views for nearly another mile. Summers are warm and breezy, and on cooler days the gas fireplace and passive solar building design will keep you warm. The bedroom features a queen size bed and the living room has a  sofa futon. The cabin sits on a private ridge road 30 minutes above Boonville, so prepare a meal in the well-appointed kitchen and dine with a ridgetop view. Other amenities include a clean bathroom with shower, solar power and filtered well water, and plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the view that comes from being above the birds.
