Green Trees Ranch focuses on a small herd, ranging from 6-14 head of cattle at any given time.

Originally founded by Jay and Barbara Fehr, Green Trees ranch has since expanded in size and has become a multi-generational family endeavor with the adjacent Lone Tree Nature Preserve and Above the Birds cabin.

Green Trees Ranch is a small scale lumber and livestock ranch focusing on grass-fed Black Angus cattle. Cattle graze on open pastureland surrounded by a mixed pine and oak woodland. Family owned and operated  since 1990, it lies in the hills above Boonville, CA.

The feeding area. For a larger herd of cattle, the grasses of the pastureland are augmented by alfalfa when needed.

The barn sits adjacent to the feeding and loading areas.
